Year Of The Dragon Party
The Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa’s premier Yum Cha restaurant threw a tasting party Nov. 10 to celebrate the Year of the Dragon, the current year in the Chinese zodiac. It was standing-room only at the posh restaurant and adjacent terraces as guests enjoyed an innovative and fresh menu. Funds raised benefit Kaua’i United Way.
