RICE STREET BLOCK PARTY
The Kaua‘i community gathered Sept. 23 for the Rice Street Block Party, which celebrated proposed improvements to the downtown Lı-hu‘e area that are being funded through the TIGER (Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery) Grant. The event featured food trucks, live music, and arts and crafts, with Rice Street businesses pitching in.
